“I had an exceptional stay at the Langley for my birthday. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. Our room was gorgeous & so spacious! The spa is well looked after & very clean. I had the whole women’s spa area to myself for a good hour & it was so relaxing! “The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. “After a bad start (we arrived late - after a phone call in wich they say "don't worry if you arrive until 9pm someone will be there" and then nope...we arrived at half past 8 but nobody was in there and we had to make another 2 phone calls to have the key for the room...) all was just great! Room was clean nice and comfortable. Also on the ground floor ther is a kitchen for the guest where is possibile to make some coffee or tea and using microwave.
