“Parking is a problem. Only 1 car can be parked at the property”

“Breakfast was good and the area around the property felt safe. The outside was nice and bright, but inside was very dark and showing its age. We weren’t expecting the Ritz, but it was definitely below the standard we’re used to for the area. We visit family in Kelso 2-3 times a year and have stayed in 7-8 different hotels that all felt better than this location. Our biggest issue was the cleanliness. “This place is not what you think. Old, dirty, outlets not working, and the shower didn't work.”

“Great location to explore mount Saint Helens. The cabin was very charming, included every we needed and quiet (probably because it is still the low season)”

“I was thoroughly impressed with the facility until I slipped and fell on my elbow and knee while walking back to my room. I promptly alerted the front desk about the water on the floor, but they explained that the floor cleaner occasionally misses some water. Surprisingly, there were no wet floor signs, and they only offered to waive the resort fee. Fortunately, I’m not an elderly person, so I didn’t break a hip or something worse.”

“Loved the view of the river, the river walk with daffodils, the nice amenities, staff, & overall fun atmosphere. Good food and drinks there as well, especially with the Irish music on St. Pat's. Just wish there was a coffee pot in the room. ”

“We had an excellent stay at The Allen House Bed & Brunch. The place was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The owner/operators were some of the nicest people you could meet. We even met the father-in-law when we arrived — he was outside landscaping and taking care of the property, which really showed how much pride they take in the place. Breakfast the next morning was outstanding with lots of options to choose from. We had the biscuits and gravy, which were excellent, and they even served...

“All of the staff provided great Customer Service!! They went above & beyond to be helpful. The motel is old, & smells old.. The motel needs to be updated. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom floor had numerous cracks in the tile, the carpet had been cutout under the bed and a piece of carpeted wood was put down to cover the hole, the lamp shade was broke and propped up to stay balanced, but numerous holes were in the shade.from it continually falling.
