“Yes so I had a proposal for my stay and staff handled it very well with my requests. Due to an issue with running out of premium rooms I was upgraded to a suite with the river view which I wanted since the beginning so it was incredible. Room was great with the stunning view that was promised. Overall my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I’d love to come back and enjoy it more.”

“Awful experience. The double queen bed was booked so I paid for a king room for my sister and I. When we arrived we were told it wasn’t available and they I shouldn’t have booked with Expedia. After approx 9 mins of the worker “finding” a room it was a queen bed in an handicap room. My sister and I were squished in a small bed. Extremely rude staff, bathroom was not clean, pictures are not truthful. It’s definitely not the vibe as described, no one goes in there. I wish I wouldn’t have booked...

“The property is extremely old and dirty. My initial room was full of flying insects. I was given another room with less flying insects. I tried getting another hotel but it's hard with a little one. “To be honest, I didn’t know what to expect when booking this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was much bigger than I anticipated, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet—which is always a big plus for me.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and we even got a free cocktail during happy hour, which was a nice bonus. The location is great, and I would definitely stay here again in the future.
