“I would not recommend staying here. No towels, shampoo containers empty, phone to report issues not working, ice machine not working, safe malfunctioning, and worst of all, the noise level was way beyond acceptable due to noisy partying in the parking lot until after 1am. I do commend the staff for doing what little they could to resolve the issues but they are not given the training, knowledge or authority to handle these issues. Shame on Quality Inns for operating such a dismal property. ”

“Im no first class flyer but this place is the worse place ive stayed in all across the country. Checked in at 3, came back at 11pm to a dirty room, waited 40 mins to come back in to a still dirty room with "fresh" sheets. Didnt stay the 2nd night. Took 40 mins to have hot water in the shower, this place is a joke look elsewhere unless your just paying for the hour ”

“Everything was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was well kept and the area extremely clean and tidy. Nice pool and pool area had a bbq available. ”

“Amazing breakfast and omlet station. However, I would not stay here if you are visiting University of florida. I booked this place because it was in Gainesville and yet it took 22 minutes to get to the dorm”

“The room was clean except the top of the air conditioner was a little dirty. The first room smelt like mold and then asked to be moved. They didn't believe us at first but then moved us Asher coming into the room. ”

“The new renovations are superb! We booked an extra night because we loved it so much! Don't want to go home, it's wonderful here! Very clean, nice staff, beautiful decor and looking forward to breakfast in the morning. Keep up the good work! ”
