“Not interested in staying again”

“Hot tub temps couldn’t change, floor was dirty throughout, outdoors smelled like hot garbage, couldn’t have fire in firepit as staff didn’t know how to light it”

“Location is close by to popular spots like Watch Hill and Mystic Beach. The cost is a lot cheaper compared to others in the area. Overall, a perfect stay for two people needing somewhere to spend the night while exploring RI and CT for a good price.”

“Overall the stay was good. Some minor issues that didn’t bother me much but other people might care. The room was very clean which is what I care the most about. Parking was very easy. The hotel has some charm and the rooms are very basic. The bed was pretty firm which was not a problem for us but if you don’t like firm beds this is not the place for you. “First of all, there were not many staff members who knew what they were doing. You could ask a question and they didn’t know the answer. We asked for sugar for our coffee and they brought cream. We asked for more regular coffee and we got decaf. We called for room service and breakfast was overcooked and had no flavor. We had a few glasses to be taken and they left them for days. It wasn’t as clean as I wanted especially for a Hilton. The room temperature was too hot. We turned it down and it...
