“The man who checked us in was pleasant and kind. He had to deal with a man who was lingering outside the hotel & kept coming in. The area around the hotel didn't feel the safest. “Paid for premium king suite. There was no soap, shampoo, etc in the available containers in shower or next to sink. The premium was supposed to have upgraded bedding and snacks, which was also not provided. There was an accessible shower sprayer that fell from the shower wall due to a rusted bolt. The shower curtain also would not stay closed due to the shower rod almost being detached from wall. No power access on one side of bed. Strong smell of pot everywhere.”
