“Our stay was good and the hotel was good and clean. The issue is that they didn't pick up my Expedia reservation and I'm now having to struggle through a refund process with two pairs who say it's not their fault.”

“Non-smoking room smelled of musty smoke. location was sketchy but the one plus is we did not get bed bugs. Stopped here on a cross country drive and after not being able to go to sleep at all, we left before it was even close to daylight. Please drive a bit farther to a better location.”

“We enjoyed everything except the doors being slammed in the middle of the night. I had to wake up at 2 in the morning and go in the hall to let people know others are trying to sleep. The walls are obviously not well insulated for noise control.”
