“Pat & Neil's cottage was extremely comfortable and well-appointed with high-quality facilities. The setting was peaceful and private and the outlook over the hills and farmland very scenic. I particularly liked being able to sit on the deck for meals or a drink, and the welcome touches of scones, fruit, chocolate and butter were very muc appreciated. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Highly impressive and hope to visit again.”

“Felt so at home… Perfect home to stay in Healesville with a gorgeous view through trees to the mountain ranges. Knowing Healesville, this would still be perfect in winter with the fireplace and the view of low clouds and misty mountain ranges and planning to rebook. Lovely bedding, additional throws, bright bathrooms, house has it ALL and the coffee machine fresh beans! Could easily accommodate 6 adults with a blow up bed as a very spacious home with plenty of seating and separate areas relax....

“The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

“Overall impression is that this apartment is worn and nowhere near as good as we expected. The apartment has two AC units when we checked in one was not working and displayed faulty the first night was very hot and uncomfortable in two of the bedrooms. The owner brought AC repair man the next day the filters were choked with so much dirt. We paid a high rate for this apartment for four nights expecting this apartment to top quality and it absolutely is not. We would never stay in the apartment...
