“Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro. Tram a 3 minuti dall’hotel. Zona tranquilla a 15 minuti da via piena di posti per mangiare e a 25 min dalla spiaggia. Buon rapporto prezzo qualità.”

“A well proportioned room, suitably equipped and cleanly maintained. The hotel is in a very good location for transport links to various parts of the city and suburbs. Staff are exceptionally helpful.”

“Quick checkin lovely spacious room nice king size bed in quiet part of hotel with no noise from the busy roads nearby great hot shower plenty of space in bathroom there was a spa bath but we didn’t use it
Plenty of parking at the rear
I would stay here again ”

“Colazione buona (ho provato solo avocado toast m ottimo). Letti grandi e molto comodi con scelta cuscini . Il bagno era abbastanza freddo perché trattandosi di un vecchio hotel non ci sono impianti di riscaldamento quindi doveva essere scaldato dall’aria del termoconvettore che però si trovava in camera.suggerrisco di aggiungere una stufetta portatile o un condizionatore aggiuntivo in camera ”

“I loved my room. The bed was amazing, has a UE boom, fold down desk by the window and fridge was in this cool cabinet. The room was west facing so had the sun shine through in the afternoon which was great for doing makeup and I had a view of the market down below and the city. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Location is outstanding, will return again!”

“Large, clean, spacious rooms. Was great to have cooking facilities in the room, local shops less than a 5 minute walk away. Easy walk into SwinBurne University for the course. Catch the train from Skybus to Glenferrie Road Hawthorn (easier than tram).
As I stayed longer for a week, had a lovely welcome present of snacks and room serviced. Would definitely recommmed. ”
