“Non solo non mi hanno concesso l’upgrade gratuito, ma di tutte le tipologie di camere disponibili ci è stata data la più piccola, assolutamente scomoda per due. Il parcheggio che doveva essere gratuito è stato invece a pagamento. Prezzo colazione assolutamente spropositato rispetto a quanto fornito. Letto scomodissimo.”

“Stayed at The Black Swan for an overnight trip. Location excellent, lovely walks from the door. Took our dog, were provided with a room close to an outside door which was great. Room very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Quiet room. Staff at the hotel were lovely and made us feel welcome. Lovely sunny beer garden which we sat in and enjoyed our evening meal with drinks. Parking was tight and limited but again we were lucky to have got a space when we arrived. “An excellent stay, great location overlooking the North Bay, but a short walk via the church to the South Bay. A lovely clean, bright and recently decorated hotel. Friendly and efficient staff and an excellent, well cooked breakfast. We would definitely return. ”

“Spacious room. Relatively basic but cheap for the area. Spacious walk in shower. Very clean. Bed comfortable. Quiet despite being situated in a large motorway service station. Plenty of food options in the service station. ”

“Really easy to get to from the Station. Welcoming staff. Personally found the room really dark, particularly the bathroom area. I'm sure that's just a personal view and some people will like it. Also found the music too loud in the bar area so I couldn't concentrate when trying to work. ”
