“The hotel was very appealing on arrival, parking was very good and reasonable, staff on arrival was excellent Declan was very approachable, friendly and accomodating.we throughly enjoyed our stay, breakfast was very nice and lots of choice. We would definately book again to stay.”

“Convenient city centre location, but quiet inside hotel, apart from a nearby clock tower which chimes every 15 minutes and can be heard from inside. Rooftop restaurant and bar with lovely views. Modern room with high ceilings, AC and fridge in room. Room 4/5 because bathroom was very small, no coffee machine, robe or slippers (as you usually get in other hotels in this price range).”

“Great from check in till check out. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Work going on, so a bit difficult to park, but we found a space. Short walk into the town with lots of places to eat with 5/10 minutes walk. Would book again when visiting Harrogate ”

“The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not. Again we had maintenance take a look and it was not fixed. At least we slept that evening. The rest of the stay was...
