“The room was very dated and no upkeep. Mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit was old and did not work very well at maintaining the room temp. I would definitely go somewhere else next time.”

“The hotel is five years old yet it looks and smells brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, water pressure in the shower was excellent and the room was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and the kids loved using the clean pool. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Appreciated the clerk getting us a handicap room... But it had 4 steps, or a ADA ramp to sub ground level 1st floor. No drive up to your Room or Any rooms. Room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was Really pretty slim in what was set out at 6 am. We had to leave so can't say if it improved after that Time. We ate nothing! All in All we would stay again due to closeness to Shands Hospita, and I-75”

“Every thing is more than i expected”

“Rooms definitely need some up keep. Bathroom tiles loose and not very clean. Roomed smelled musty but if you kept the ac fan blowing it helped. Beds not comfy but we just stayed one night so it was ok. You definitely get what you pay for.”

“Great breakfast, nice room”

“We booked this hotel for a concert in Gainesville. When we arrived, there was five couples standing outside waiting to register. All of us needed to get to the concert in order to find parking before got too late. We waited an hour and 15 minutes for one couple to be processed. The gentleman who worked there was very nice, but was working with extremely limited resources. I think he did the best he could, but the rooms were substandard, dirty, and we didn’t get our room till 1:30 in the morning....

“Had a wonderful stay for a great price. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The only issues were a lukewarm at best shower and the fan in the bathroom was really loud. But for the money it was wonderful. The staff were very friendly as well.”

“The staff is exceptionally polite and very helpful. Breakfast was a great selection and very comfortable sitting area. The coffee was great. Room and bathroom were immaculate. Wished the best was firmer but nonetheless it was comfortable. Check Out is simple. We would definitely be staying here again if we have a need. Highly recommend”
