“I enjoyed my stay and everything was perfect. From checking in to checking out. The breakfast choices were good. The pool view was nice. This hotel is near everything you need/want (Kohls, Target, McD, Starbucks, grocery store and gas station). The reason I rated 4 stars is because as a guest of the hotel there is ‘pay to park’ on the property. This pertains to everyone, even disabled guest. Overnight was $15. I am not sure if this is a Marriott Bonvoy thing or not!”

“Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. “I have stayed at this property several times before, which is why this recent stay was disappointing compared to my previous experiences. While I still love the location and appreciate being close to restaurants and shopping, there were several issues that impacted the quality of my stay. The breakfast quality and variety have noticeably declined. Staying for six nights and being served the same cold breakfast options every morning became frustrating. “The room smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. I was on the fourth floor, and the odor was so strong that I had to spray perfume on the pillows. The bathroom was clean, but the room itself was old and dusty, and it looked nothing like the photos. This is definitely a two-star hotel.”
