“Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge.”

“The manager in the office , her name was stephanie, she lied and said that I damaged towel and that I stole towels, and I told her I gave it to the maintenance lady and she said she don't have proof when I told her to them. And she charged me $75 out of my $100 deposit and I don't find that right. Someone needs to get on”

“The staff are very helpful The food was good, warm food was warm and cold food was cold. The Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was not heated and thus it was ice cube cold. Kids - liked the pool. Adults - we need to be pampered. The cushions that you sit on in the dining room need a good cleaning, as well as under the tables.”

“Nice clean hotel with an excellent location to the Magnolia Theatre (just across the street). Our Expedia conformation showed check-in time to be 3:00PM. Upon arrival at 2:50PM I was told our room wouldn't be ready until 4:00PM check-in time. I showed her my conformation email and was then able to check-in at 3:25. There is a bar in the lobby which would have been nice to wait in, but it doesn't open until 5:00PM. We were disappointed that there is not a complimentary breakfast at this...

“Room 232 is the room I stayed with my kids and we had a scary experience. First of all the place looks super sketchy. The worst part is on the cabinet next to our beds my 8 year old found a fully loaded magazine she grabbed it and was freaking out. I reached out the expedia because I booked with them and they were no help. The hotel has a kiosk that I didnt even feel safe to go. Definitely Not a place for a family to be in.”

“I don’t know what to tell you I have had si h wildly different experiences at this place. The first time I stayed there it was was gorgeous, perfect delightful. and that time I was able to pay the deposit on my card. The second time, I had cash for the room, I had my ID and money on my card, but that time they said it had to be a cash deposit.. ok.. I wasn’t able to get cash from the local atms, and I was sp tired, it was Christmas, and I had to work the next day, so they made an “arrangement”...
