“I made this reservation because our flight out of San Diego was being cancelled. Within 2 hours I attempted to cancel this reservation because the Airline put us in a hotel. The Hotel said I had to go through Expedia, Expedia said I had to go through the hotel. Calling the hotel customer service was a terrible experience, you could not hear them and they had no clue or interest in helping me. I basically received an "oh well, sorry. “The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.
