Hotel a Lemon Grove

“The bed sheets were dirty and had large stains on them. In addition, the unit next to mine played loud music from 1:00 AM until 3:00 AM. I contacted the management several times, but no action was taken. As a result, I was unable to sleep at all during the night. I checked in at 10:00 PM and left at 6:00 AM without getting any sleep. This was a very disappointing experience.”

Let's start with the positives: check-in was quick and the people who welcomed us were kind. The room they gave us is in tower 3 on a high floor with a view that doesn't overlook the harbor, but you can see the parking lot and part of the city. “At the beginning of my arrival, I was treated very warmly by the staff. He was Iranian and very kind and polite. Free parking and clean rooms. Breakfast was relatively good. There was also a clean pool. I am very satisfied with the price I paid and I got a good response.”

Just a small issue to be improved: the ventilator in the toilet worked 24/7: it makes no sense and a huge waste of energy (just multiply it for all the rooms): please address this tip to the hotel as a suggestion.
