“Was such a unique set up! Loves it!!”

“The floors were very dirty. The bathroom had smashed bugs on the wall. The toilet base was beyond disgusting. The bathtub coating was missing a big piece. The staff were helpful and friendly.”

“Got there at 1030 after a late flight. Upon arriving the front desk clerk argued with me for 30 minutes that I had already checked in. Come to find out he had checked in the wrong family and gave my room to them. And then said they were “sold out”. I asked numerous times if he checked that persons ID and he said he was pretty sure he did and that it was my name. Fortunately it was someone we know so we were able to finally get it switched out. “Nice new facility - but very basic. First experience with the brand so had no expectations other than price comparison with other hotels in the Cleveland Airport South area.. Didn't try breakfast but the selection was limited.”

“The room was okay. It was clean. Staff could have been a little friendlier. This is an airport hotel so it is noisy with people coming and going at all hours. An okay free breakfast.”

“The curtains that block light do not close completely. Our room had a parking lot light that shined directly in onto the bed where we were supposed to sleep. You really need to look at this. I didn’t sleep because of light that could have easily been blocked by a curtain. I would not book this property again because it was miserable to have light shining in my eyes in bed.”

“Stay away from this hotel! Staff are rude, arrogant and disrespectful! I was called “Ahole” by front desk agent on Jun/6 2:35 am. I was driving from Cincinnati to Cleveland and I knew I will arrive late. I called hotel at 10:39 pm to notify them about late arrival around 2 AM. The front desk agent said no problem we will be waiting for you. I arrived at 2:35 AM finding out from the front desk staff that my reservation is gone!! I was frustrated so I asked what to do, I just drove 3.5 hours...

“I booked the stay seeing breakfast was included, until the morning we were noticed that breakfast was not included. I don't know which side was wrong, but disappointed about this part, the day was raining so heavily and the whole family has to rush to find a place to eat because kids so starve”

“Our stay was great, it served all purposes and rate was great. I would add building numbers had to go back to see which building we were in.”

“The exterior looks clean but when we walked into the room there was a bad smell. I am not sure if other rooms smelled like this but I even woke up from sleep and was hit with the bad smell.”
