“The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. ”

Things seemed clean enough, but certainly not great. During my second night the fire alarm in the building went off. Another guest had burnt food, and smoke was seeping out of their door. “I picked this hotel excited about the hot tub. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot tub was out of service and blocked off. Pool water was cold. I had a poolside room and the door key lock did not work from the pool side, only the outer hallway. Not well maintained. The restaurant onsite was really good. You can tell they tried to fix up the hotel at one point but didn't do a great job. I skipped the shower because the bathroom was kind of dingy.”
