“The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. “The staff were amazing! The walls are so very thin that I could hear every single word the upstairs people and the people next-door to me were yelling at their children. I could also hear the TV shows. The fan and air-conditioning unit does not stay on no matter what I tried to set it on, it just comes on intermittently. It was an absolutely terrible night of sleep.”

“The property was in a nice area, close to restaurants and some stores. The rooms were clean but needed some attention. We didn’t have hand soap, body wash or conditioner in the room. The hair dryer didn’t work, we stayed for a wedding so these amenities were very much needed this time. Breakfast is always a great bonus at La Quinta and this one was very decent, hot fluffy waffles, hard boiled eggs, fruit, cereal, bagels and yogurt.”

“I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt.
