“Great breakfast”

“Our room was filthy! And when I called to the front desk as soon as I noticed everything, I was told there was nothing that could be done. She stated, all rooms were booked and she would leave me a card with the managers information to speak with her on Tuesday! This was a Friday when we checked in. The woman on the phone was very nice and apologized for not being able to do anything. I took pictures of everything. They have the time to show they were taken within 20 minutes of us checking in....

“This was the worst travel experience of life!! After making reservations 28days in advance and reconfirming 16 hours before my arrival . I get a call from Stay America in Brooklyn at my reservation was cancelled! As I getting off the plane in Cleveland. No real explanation given except they were overbooked and I was out of luck !!So I called Expedia and put on hold for 20 minutes only to have the call droppped so tried again with exactly same results and on the third attempt was was to try get...

“Staff is NEVER at the front desk so anytime you need something you’re standing there waiting for them to return. Room is ok, it’s an older hotel and it shows. ”

“Juice machine out of order. Could not contact hotel for shuttle from the airport. Men's restroom out of TP. No attempt to apologize that we had to spend $30 for an Uber from the Airport to the Hotel. We won't be back.”

“Since i paid for the room thru Expedia and there was an issue with not only my check in but there was no working hot water, i would expect Expedia to reimburse me for my one night stay ($79) instead of offering me $20 OneKey cash points. Red Roof has offered me their own points (over 6K) for the inconvenience. I don't travel much at all as I can't afford it. I would expect better. ”

“Toilet was leaking water at the base. Lamp in the middle of the room was plugged in to an outlet on the wall which put the cord in the main walkway as a trip hazard (I unplugged it). Key card maker was broken so had to stop at front desk every time we needed access to the room. They didn’t verify who we were they just unlocked the door before we got to it. Long wait to get door unlocked too. ”

“I walked in the room. It was filthy dirty. Someone had slept in the bed. It was disheveled. The linens were dirty. It smelled like cigarette smoke and it’s a non-smoking room. The window was wide open. There was cockroaches on the headboard and on the wall I turned around and left as soon right after I walked in. I did not stay here. ”

“Staff was nice I needed more towels and things and they came fast I had a problem with my id at check in but they helped me with everything my stay was a 7 or 8 out of 10 ”

“Fully equipped kitchen. Ask for the stove on front desk at arrival. ”

“Would NEVER stay here again! The shower had hair still in it from whoever stayed in the room before me. I payed for early check in thinking I would be able to relax and enjoy my stay and that didn’t happen. 2 different birthday parties where going on at the same time! The pool was so filthy and dirty and had 30 kids in it. Me and my children couldn’t even get in it. There were no clean towels in the pool area. “Room was smelling bad, light wouldn’t turn off. And plus it was even missing something like remote. No microwave. Door sometimes doesn’t lock properly. That place is terrible. Staff was good ”
