“All around amazing stay”

“Great hotel! Very clean and good smelling room. Super friendly staff at check in. Room was comfortable. Only thing I would say is that this hotel borders a railroad track that is pretty busy, so if you’re not a heavy sleeper like I am, something to take note of.”

“Very limited breakfast, and the hot food was not even warm. No ketchup or hot sauce… bare minimum!! The only good part of the stay was the bed!!!”

“Hands down the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Empty food containers and bags shoved behind the chair, no garbage can in the room. Listed as a non smoking room but there were cigarette ashes on the window sill. Smelled horrible. When we pulled up we thought the building was abandoned at first. And not even cheap. $340 for one night! Do not stay here!”

“There was no a/c in lobby. Very hot and humid out. Very noisy in my room. Always something running. Didn’t sleep well at all. Very old, looked dirty (stains in bathroom). Then shuttle didn’t have a/c. Garbage cans outside were spilling over, front entrance not appealing. Girl in morning not very friendly.”

“Hotel was so filthy. Room was also not properly cleaned, floor was dirty and needed good broom and mop. No soap and shampoo in bath. My wife is very unhappy with this hotel.”

“I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered at Quality Inn. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor, the pillows were torn and visibly unclean, and the door lock was broken, creating both hygiene and safety concerns. When I reported these issues, the staff offered me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not much better. It had a strong chlorine-like smell and showed similar cleanliness problems. At that point, I did not feel comfortable...
