Hotel a Jeffersonville

“We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel. The staff was courteous. Shout out to Nick at the front desk who was professional, friendly and greeted us as we left for the evening and returned to the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The pillows were also very nice and not too thick like most hotel pillows. The location was excellent for access to Louisville via the new bridge or to Jeffersonville via I-265 or Highway 62. “There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself. I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day.”

Room has a very useful floorpan for working remotely from rhe room with family/children and it even has a full kitchen with a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Outdoor pool was amazing for my kiddos to enjoy! They thought they were going to be bored as I had to work that afternoon, only to find the pool and breakfast were...

“Very nice hotel”

“I forgot my earrings on the bathroom counter. Immediately noticed after checkout. Went straight back to get them but they had already been stolen!!! The maid hadn’t even cleaned the room. Just gone in and had the door open”

“A very positive, welcoming staff. There was a pool table, Jenga and Connect Four for the child and adults available for use. The gym looked clean and the pool was inviting.”
