Hotel in zona Milldale, Southington

“The room was huge we had a king room, the water pressure in the sink was not great- the shower was awesome. Bigger size fridge then I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. Close to a dunkin, burger king and other food places. The pillows were odd, tiny. The room key kept deactivating so that was sort of annoying. Over all it was quiet, even with the hotel being full it was quiet not loud rude guest. We did have our dog, and other guests had dogs so there were barking but it wasnt loud.”

“It was a very nice room, comfortable bed. Didn’t have a hairdryer but they were prompt to respond. We weren’t sure what it would be like when we first drove in, and we were pleasantly surprised.”

“This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.”

“The room was not clean. Stains on blankets. Bathroom door was filthy and the tub had dry dirt down the side. For the $241 for one night, it was not worth that. Made it had to enjoy the free breakfast with the lack of cleanliness.”

“The breakfast was subpar. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and they started mowing the lawns at 6am. Staff was nice and room was clean, outside of the smoke smell.”

“My AC was not working. I got to my room, and the temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. When I complained about the issue I was told "some people like the rooms warm. They told me they would send up someone to fix the problem and they never showed up. Fortunately, it was a cool day and I could open the window partially, and I was able to turn the AC off. Another positive was I only stayed one night. The hotel was full, so a room change was not possible.”

“BestWay was a good choice for me on a short overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, and the location is close to the main business district, easy to find. Thank you!”

“He was manager during Sunday morning , it’s look he feel awkward , just cuz I asked him where Dunkin’ Donuts nearby he don’t know the answer ! He could have better how arrange he must be understand ?”

“Great breakfast! Good housekeeping. Convenient to maintain highways. Friendly staff, although they couldn't fix was wasn't working...”

“The room had cobwebs in every corner, wall paper peeling off the wall, furniture broken, door to the room was broken, the rug was coming up, tv didn’t work. They don’t clean your room daily and do they not bring new towels when you request or care that things are broken or don’t don’t work.”
