Hotel a Oak Grove

“I arrived to the property and the outside of the building leaves much to be desired. Then I step into the lobby where I’m greeted with a kiosk of someone from another country video calling in to check me into the hotel, which was annoying because their accent was hard to understand. “My husband and I stayed at this hotel recently when visiting family stationed at Fort Campbell. It was extremely close to the base (a 7 minute drive) so it was super convenient! There were a few gas stations and fast food places nearby, including one gas station and a McDonald’s within walking distance. The room was about what one would expect for a smoking room, but it wasn’t disgusting and the smell was minimal. The facilities were decent and you could tell that they had tried to improve the...

“Staff was not helpful during the check-in process. They became much better a day or two later. The breakfast food was cold. (Egg patties were like they just took them out of the refrigerator), the biscuits broke apart as soon as you touched them. The remaining portion of my visit I went next door to the Waffle House.I cut my visit short by one day because of my experience. I will never recommend the hotel.”

“This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the RED ROOF INN at Cadiz, KY. it is very well kept and very clean. I very much like the bed, not too soft and not too hard. Its walking distance to several places to eat.”

“We stayed three nights and had no one to come to clean the room while we were out, We had to go and get clean towels for the bathroom. The staff on duty said that they were out of facial towels because they didn’t have any one to wash them (not good).”

“Never made it.. this stupid app booked me at the wrong holiday inn. I was seated outside of the hotel And press current location and booked another. When I went in they told me that the reservation was for a different one. Tried to cancel and couldn’t because I just booked it. So I lost it.”
