“I drove up to a broken down hideous scary motel with people sitting outside in 94 degree heat and a crumbling g parking lot. I did not even go in because it was so bad. Gladly forfeited my non refundable cost😟”

The Room was the Best Ever then we go get into the Hot Tube and all I can say is OMG! We loved it! We both slept all night long these beds are so comfortable. “This was a nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast bar was above average having all types of options for all types of diets. There was a variety of fresh fruit. The staff really takes pride in great customer service.”

“Very clean and looked freshly painted or at least well maintained.. breakfast was solid and beds were comfy. BW is not usually in my top places to stay but for playing a tournament in Melissa this was a solid spot not too far away and lots of amenities near by.”

“My AC didn't work. Fridge didn't work, I didn't book a handicap room yet I was given one. Shower nozzle sprayed water out on the sink so all my personal belongings were soaked. Overall the experience was horrible. I told the front desk about my issues they just down played it. Asked if I could switch rooms, wasn't an option. I travel work often and the location was great but other than that it wasn't a good stay. I most definitely wont be staying here again.”

“The A/C made the room feel sticky and humid, no proper ventilation in my opinion, it was basically a fan attached to the side of the wall, could tell it was old because every time it came on it released a weird smell, also the pillows were not that comfortable, very bland, no neck support, made sleeping pretty rough…but other than that everything else was great”
