Hotel a Plantsville

“The room was huge we had a king room, the water pressure in the sink was not great- the shower was awesome. Bigger size fridge then I was expecting so that was a nice surprise. Close to a dunkin, burger king and other food places. The pillows were odd, tiny. The room key kept deactivating so that was sort of annoying. Over all it was quiet, even with the hotel being full it was quiet not loud rude guest. We did have our dog, and other guests had dogs so there were barking but it wasnt loud.”

“Traveled from SC. Stayed there for 4 nights we came up for a family member funeral. Not enough handicap parking spaces. Cleanness of the room was not I expected. Durning our stay no one never came in to tidy up the room nor was the waste basket emptied from the room. We had to go and get towels and wash cloths for the room. We are accustomed to staying in places wear as a paying customer our basic needs are met! We did observe a housekeeping cart in the hallway, we express to the young lady at...

“This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.”

“The breakfast was subpar. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and they started mowing the lawns at 6am. Staff was nice and room was clean, outside of the smoke smell.”

“This recently remodeled motel was completely charming. We had a room accessible directly from the parking lot, and it was decorated beautifully. The nautical theme extended throughout. The bathroom was large, beautifully tiled, and perfectly functional. Towels were changed daily. The bed and pillows were very comfortable with nice cotton sheets. We would stay there again.”

“It was a very nice room, comfortable bed. Didn’t have a hairdryer but they were prompt to respond. We weren’t sure what it would be like when we first drove in, and we were pleasantly surprised.”

“Room was very clean and large space . Hallway to get to upstairs was a bit outdated and many stairs so someone with an ailment would have a hard time . Check in with glass was a little weird like is there a safety issue ? Overall for one night was fine !”

L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“The room was nice and clean the staff were very nice and caring! Regina and Gabriel were very helpful , nice and respectful! The only thing I had an issue with is the guest above me were blasting music so loud that I would not hear anything but Gabriel did handle it and it did stop .”
