“Clean rooms. The bed and the breakfast was mediocre at best.”

“I had a client check in at 9:15pm last night. When he went into his room, it was dirty. Bugs in the ice bucket, long brown hair in the sheets. They walked him to another room, as soon as the night worker walked in to check the room there was pubic hair on the toilet and he flushed it and said (that was something small) So they went down to a third room which was the worst room out of all of them. “My wife and I stayed for one night after a wedding we attended because the hotel had many good reviews. We were not impressed. Drive up appeal not good. It was raining and there was no awning to unload at. Lobby was small and unimpressive. Most importantly, there was no elevator to go to our 2nd floor room. Hotel and room were clean with almost a full kitchen, but no cookware, no silverware and, most importantly, no coffee pot. We were awakened at 2am and 5am by guest down the hall banging...

“The rooms had that new room smell. It was super quiet too… we loved not hearing everyone else in the other rooms as we have had happen in other hotels. The free breakfast each morning was a great extra perk”

“The hotel's location is great! Nice area to walk and find places to eat. Breakfast is served warm, it has different options like eggs, potatoes, assorted bread, fruit yogurt etc. In general it was pleasant for a very fair price.”

“Great location! Very easy to travel towards downtown and to TCU/Colonial area. Very clean! Staff was great as well!”

“Coffee maker in the room wa broken. Coffee shop on Lobby was closed. Other than that, hotel was very nice, and the venue they provided for the VCF was excellent. It was difficult to navigate their parking system app that promised fre parking for guests, but never asked if you were a guest or just a visitor. Will have to wait until next credit card statement arrives toser. Staff at front desk had no clue regarding the third party app or determining if fees were actually waved or not.”
