“They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.”

“I have stayed at Holiday Inn Express multiple times and other locations. This one was the least enjoyable the room was not cleaned between days of my stay one of those days was my fault as I left the do not disturb sign on the door by accident but the other days I expected the room to get cleaned and it didn't the room had obvious signs of excessive wear and it appeared the bathroom had been flooded at an earlier time as you could see a watermark on the door in the bathroom”

“It was conveniently located next to family giving us extra time to spend with them. The rooms are extremely clean and breakfast are standard breakfast. Persons at the check-in desk are extremely proficient”

“Nice, clean property that’s just a little bit worn. If you like waffles, you’ll like the breakfast. If you’re looking for protein, the egg bites (that you warm up in the microwave) taste better than they look. The woman who was overseeing the breakfast area kept it clean and well-stocked. If you like an extremely firm mattress (hard), this is your kind of place. The king-bed suite was spacious. ”

“You get what you pay for. The room was cheap, but the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. It took us a literal 30 minutes to get into the room after 3 trips back and forth with problems with the key, until he finally switched our room to another one. It was also dirty. The breakfast area had broken tables (like the marble tops were chipped enough you’d scrape your arm on them) and cracked leather seats, and the back of the booth next to us had stuff caked all over it. Lesson...
