“The property is an older hotel, and so, wasn't as fresh looking as a newer property would be. The room was exactly what I booked and offered a microwave and refrigerator which was nice. However, I wasn't able to figure out how to use the microwave or the remote for the tv. It would have been nice to have some simple instructions. I knew when I booked the hotel that I wouldn't be spending much time in the room so wanted the lowest price close to the places I was visiting when in Tulsa. This hotel...

“This has been the most disappointing room experience!!! Bugs, no working tv, no working toilet, trash in sink, stained sheets and blanket, and REFUSAL to give refund. Definitely the worst.
I requested a refund immediately after going into the room it was refused - not to mention the OWNER of the property was on set and very rude, immature and disrespectful.”

“The hotel was very clean and the staff was helpful even though they were short staffed. However, our room air conditioning worked, but the lowest temperature setting was 70 degrees. This was acceptable, but with the scorching 97-degree weather in Oklahoma, we would have preferred a cooler room or at least a fan.
Another downside was the lack of a microwave in our room, although there was a fridge. The pool water was murky, and there were no towels provided. We had to use our own room linens,...

“The property was nice. Parking was convenient. Elevators were bullet fast. We were disappointed that the check-in welcoming envelope was non-existent. We had to contact maintenance for entry codes. Amenities were minimal: no body wash, trash bags...the traffic noise isn't a deal breaker, but it is constant. Plenty of places to eat nearby, along with a grocery store and movie theater. Overall, and good experience.”
