“Hotel molto comodo per prendere il treno per visitare Zermatt. L’hotel ha delle camere confortevoli ed offre un comodo parcheggio di fronte all’hotel (proprio sotto la stazione). La colazione offre purtroppo poca scelta di dolce perché è più orientata al salato come piace agli europei in generale. Nonostante la vicinanza con la stazione non si viene per nulla disturbati dal transito dei treni. ”

It was a short stay to ski, so I arrived and I departed late. The reception closes at 16.00 so I found my room key waiting for me with a nice note and that’s it. After 16.00 there’s also no service to and from the station: a minor issue.

“Ottimo il ristorante dell'hotel con cameriere che parlano oltre il tedesco il francese e l'inglese. Rispetto all'italia però le 4 stelle mi sono sembrate eccessive anche se la pulizia era buona e gli asciugamani venivano cambiati tutti i giorni. la prima colazione abbondante e buona,”

“Wonderfully hospitable service and excellent attention to detail. The owners were very kind and offered kind suggestions of things to do in the area. The location is perfect as well - right at the end of hustle and bustle of Main Street but easy walking access to everything. Also, we had stunning views of the glacier and peaks from our room! “Ci siamo trovati molto bene, staff gentile, ambiente internazionale, camere molto pulite. E' importante sapere che a Wengen non si arriva in automobile ma solo con il treno turistico. L'hotel è comodo di fronte alla stazione ma è comunque molto silenzioso.”

Inaudito per un 4 stelle e la signorina capo reception non è stata in grado di soddisfare la nostra richiesta
