“This hotel was booked for its location for a function I needed to attend and walk back from. I expected exactly what I got when entering, however the room was surprising. It was modern and very clean. The beds were amazingly comfortable and obviously new...pillows were also great. Dont be fooled by appearance, this hotel was everything I needed in the room and staff. “What a great motel this is. The rooms that we had were great. Beds were excellent and the bathroom nice and modern. It was the best motel we stayed in on our trip and we stayed in four others.
The restaurant does good food. Just as well as so many places in Cardwell were closed.
The ocean villas that they have available look fantastic.
Just one thing that does need sorting out and that is the internet it regularly dropped out. Not great for teenagers and parents trying to appease them. Get...

"Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic."
