The site is also immersed into nature and the River Tay is in front of the main building offering visitors lots of options to walk and go fishing. The hotel is superb, rooms are spacious and clean. "L'hotel è situato in posizione un pò periferica (ma Perth è piccola), cosa che per me costituiva un pregio. Dispone di un discreto numero di parcheggi, sicuramente sufficienti per gli ospiti della struttura. Zona tranquilla e silenziosissima. A pochi passi si può cenare in un ristorante eccellente. Le camere sono semplici ma funzionali. Phon discretamente potente in stanza. Personalmente non ne comprendo l'utilità, ma c'é l'asse da stiro. Bagno con doccia privo di bidet, ma questo sarebbe vero anchè scegliendo hotels ben più costosi. Saponi e shampo in dispenser. Disponibilità in reception di vari prodotti, se ne siete privi (spazzolino, rasoio, ago e filo, ecc.). Colazione sufficientemente assortita e con prodotti di buona qualità. Personale disponibile e sempre presente. Non spendete una fortuna in acqua in bottiglia perchè quella del rubinetto è più che adeguata. Letto comodo, con scelta tra due cuscini di diversa morbidezza. Attenzione: nulla nell'hotel potrà essere pagato in cash perchè tutto è acquistabile/pagabile esclusivamente con carta (Amex, VISA, Mastercard sicuramente). Sostanzialmente buon rapporto costo/qualità"
"Because we had a bad experience at the restaurant outside the hotel (the only one working in one-hour driving area) we chose to dine at the hotel. They told us that the chef was alone that night (Saturday) and could take up to one hour to eat something (7:30PM). We had no choice and asked for veggie burgers, but they didn’t have any (again, on Saturday night with tons of tourists around). We ended up eating fries for dinner. To excuse, the staff arranged a small snack before our departure the next day. It was really kind of them but this doesn’t cover the lack of organization for such an important hotel."
