“Positive: Very nice property in a lovely location; kayaks and paddle boards available free of charge, clean comfortable rooms, hot showers with strong water pressure, good breakfast
Negative: We booked a room with full board but were told upon arrival that the hotel did not even offer full board, that just breakfast was included. Hotels.com needs to look into this issue!! Water in both pools had an oily surface, not entirely clean.”

The customer service is outstanding, with staff ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the volcano view was a highlight.
The pool is amazing, perfect for pictures, and offers a breathtaking spot to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. The added bonus of kayaks made the experience even more enjoyable. One day was not enough— will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

“Acceuilli par le sympathique propriétaire (français) en personne, j'ai rejoint, en sa compagnie, la petite île (privée) de Zopango sur son bateau.
Sur place, j'ai rencontré son épouse ainsi que le personnel attaché à l'ile.
Ensuite, j'ai pu leur emprunter un kayak et aller faire un très agreable tour dans les isletas.

“Only a few blocks from some of the main attractions of the city. Very nice facilities. Beautifully done remodel of an old historical building. We really enjoyed our stay. Off street secured parking. On our first morning after arriving, we woke up to a flat tire. The staff immediately came out and helped us change it. Didn’t even have to ask.”

Within a 10 to 15 minute walk there are local bazaars, a park, and many dining options not to mention local sights. The rooms too are fabulous - spacious, airy and nicely airconditioned. La piscine est très agréable. La cuisine commune est munie d'une batterie de cuisine de très bonne qualité; en revanche seulement un réfrigérateur (un deuxième a été apporté lorsque l'hôtel se remplissait) et pas de passoire. Nous reviendrons dans cet endroit. ”
