Hotel a Key Haven

"Tutto perfetto come da aspettative. Pulizia top, servizio top e personale gentilissimo. Colazione abbondante e con varietà di proposte. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene. L’hotel è in Duval Street: locali i, musica,negozi e in una ventina di minuti si raggiungono le spiagge anche se è molto gradevole l’atmosfera nella piscina."

"They made me stay at a different hotel promising a refund for the first night, which they haven't issued yet nor they are responding to any of my emails. Avoid this place."

"Struttura bella e ben curata personale gentile ma : Sono arrivati a rifare la camera alle 5 del pomeriggio; Il centro storico è molto più lontano dei 3.6 km indicati La navetta per andare in centro è disponibile soltanto ogni ora ed ha soltanto 25 posti che confrontando il numero degli ospiti presenti e’ assolutamente insufficiente ( più di una volta siamo stati costretti ad usare Uber in quanto ci hanno lasciato a piedi pur arrivando all’ora stabilita) Si potrebbe migliorare con poco!!!!!!"

"nice beach set up, but water is not usable for swimming. Iguanas come to your glass door, be careful not to let them in. Romm was ok, but a bit small and queen beds are quite small, for two not very comfortable (we are a family with one daughter of 12)"

"Hotel molto bello, tenuto molto bene. Piccolina ed essenziale la camera in cui abbiamo soggiornato per una notte ma funzionale e con un bagno abbastanza ampio e comodo. Molto buona la pulizia. Soddisfacente la colazione inclusa. Abbastanza vicino alle principali strade ed attrazioni di Key West, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. Molto gentile e disponibile il personale. Ci siamo trovati bene. Consigliato!"

"The ratio price/quality is not justified"

"La struttura non ha nessun accesso alla spiaggia ma ha un bel giardino e piscina. Però è attaccato all'aereoporto e quindi spesso rumorosi aerei passano sopra il resort nella fase di decollo. Queste due cose non fanno una atmosfera da vancanza, ma sembra più un business hotel. Per quanto riguarda l'accomodation il nostro appartamento era spazioso e ben arredato e la cucina con ogni confort e supellettile."

"Terrible experience. Going to bed I notice that the sheets are torn. The next morning I inform the reception, showing the photos and asking that they be changed during the cleaning of the room. They tell me it will be done, without even apologizing for the inconvenience. In the evening, when we return to the hotel, we discover that the room has not been cleaned, the beds have not been made and that the cleaning lady has simply left a bag with clean sheets (one of which was dirty) on one of the two beds. We asked the front desk for an explanation and the answer was that they only have one cleaning lady for the entire property and therefore she cannot clean all the rooms. We had to make the beds ourselves. The next morning, when we checked out, we saw other guests complaining about the same problem, that no one had been notified of. Spending more than $400 per night to find torn sheets and having to make the room ourselves, without even a hint of apology from the staff, seems unacceptable to me. The hotel management, in exchange for this poor service, only discounted our resort fees. Photos attached "

"La hall molto caratteristica, idem la piscina. I servizi offerti, ottimi. Gelato alle 14,00 del pomeriggio, churros alle 16 ,pullman che ci portava fino in centro e garage gratuito .Per il resto grande delusione. Camere datate, vasca da bagno sporca, odore di muffa, dietro al letto una tenda che non ho osato spostare. Per fortuna ci siamo rimasti una notte sola. "
