“Rooms looked nothing like the pictures everything is old and not updated. Booked a certain room and ended up basically getting the opposite. First day checking in the floor of both bed room and bathroom had a decent amount of sand on floor, we went to office to communicate the issue but ofcourse they never came to clean the floors.”

“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“This place is NASTY. While we wanted to get things fixed so we could stay communication was horrible. They do not have 24-7 customer service don’t even think about calling the emergency number they hang up. The bed had blood, iurin and mold on it. The dishes were not clean. And the oven didn’t close. We tried to get it fixed, nobody wants to have to move rooms. Finally, the next morning we got ahold of someone and they assured it would be fixed. Well… it wasn’t. They came in and threw a sheet...

“We absolutely loved this place. Easy parking, roomy and plenty of light, comfortable beds, we had all we needed for 5 days. Watched the sunset every evening from our deck. Loved waking up to the beach view from our oceanfront balcony upstairs. We will definitely stay here again. Only thing missing were some basic beach accessories, like beach chairs, umbrella, tumblers.”
