Hotel a Gulf Resort Beach

“I absolutely love it here!!!! I come for Mother’s Day, I did get upset because they couldn’t find me a frying pan, so I had to go purchase one on Mothers Day!!!!! I still give it 5 stars!!!! If management is reading this get some extra pots and pans for anyone that pays for the kitchen it should be there….. Pier Park is close and so was Walmart since the Winn Dixie closed and that was right across the street, front desk told me it’s turning into an Aldi’s so that’s cool!!!! The pool is 24 hrs...

“Wonderful facility and staff. I took a 1/2 point off for the room not really as updated as they are represented on line. They were fine it was just a disappointment. I took another 1/2 point off for the Tiki bar singer. She was very energetic and enthusiastic. Unfortunately her vocals and her music she performed were lacking in quality and entertainment, ”

“This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!”

“This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...
