I Will Not Stay There Again Only Because I Have People Who Like To Have There Nicotine & There Is NO SMOKING AT ALL On The Balcony Or Anything. Beautiful Beach View Had The Deluxe Suite Very Big & Spacious . ”

“This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“The hotel is reasonable priced. It is older no updates but fairly clean. The problem was that the hot tub was not hot and the jets were not working. I informed the front desk the response was that they were trying to find a company to repair it. It had not bee working on arrival and was not repaired upon check out. Very disappointed. Should not be charging a resort fee or at least lower the price. ”

“This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...

“My stay here was excellent! It was a very short getaway with family located in the perfect area. Close to restaurants, shopping places and the beach. The staff was very friendly and informative. I was able to check in early. Breakfast was nice and my drink from the bar was on point 👍. I definitely recommend and I definitely will be returning. Oh, the rm was very very clean, most importantly. ”
