“On a postive note, the beds were comfortable. However, the pictures that are posted on the website are not a true representation of the property. The rooms are outdated and disgusting. I had a partial ocean view from the balcony. the funiture on the balcony was disgusting as well.The toilet was running throughout the entire stay. “This hotel was great. The room was huge, sparkling clean and all new. The mattress was very high quality and the sheets and pillows were good. The front desk staff was very helpful. The hotel far exceeded my expectations and I will stay here again. ”

“Our room was not clean - the floors were nasty and one of the beds had blood or chocolate all over the covers which we didn’t see until the bed was turned down. There was water on the floor which maintenance had to come clean up. 2 burners on the stove didn’t work. We were told everything was fixed but it wasn’t. “This place had a great location but was not clean at all. There were black hairs on everything… The towels had black hair stuck to them, the counters had black hair on them, there were black hairs on the floor, etc. The dishes looked like they had just been used and stuck back in the cabinets. There was mold on the shower curtains. The two twin beds were filthy. ”

“False advertises as a villa. It is just a standard apartment style condo. Charged both cards I had on file with the full price of my stay for no apparent reason. It was eventually returned 3 days after my vacation was over. Do not give them more than one card to have on file or they will try to sneak an extra charge. The staff that assisted me with the issue was super nice and professional. Would not recommend”

“This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...
