“Pros: You don’t have to leave the resort if you dont want to. Beautiful view, convenient amenities. All vacuums were taken, but front office staff was helpful and let me borrow broom. Tiki bar, poolside restaurant were convenient. The kids had fun and would def come back Cons: I would ask for a broom or vacuum to be readily available for sand. Room got hot after showering, even with AC on. Restaurant food was ok. Hallways could be cleaner (carpet and sand) Walls were a bit thin and we could...

“Did not like the fact that I was chewed out by housekeeping for checking my code for the room early. I was instructed by check in desk to go up and see if my code worked yet, when i did the rudest good for nothing housekeeper yelled and chewed me out infront of my guest. She said no one would of told us that. Went back to check in desk and advised her of her mistake. Then i was supposed to of been notified when my room was ready but they said they had been trying to call me for 3 hours to tell...

“This review serves as a reminder to myself to never book a room through Summit again. First of all, I booked through Expedia and indicated that I had 4 adults and 2 kids. Nowhere in the reservation does it say only 5 people allowed per unit. Unit has a king size bed, bunk beds and a full pullout couch. Upon arrival, I was informed that only 5 wristbands are allowed per unit and to pay $100 extra for a wristband. I tried to argue but they would not budge. So beware if you have more than 5 people...

The unit itself was a bit older, but every worked as it should and the size was great for our party of 5.The property complex was huge with 3 pools, hot tub & sporting activities.
