“Overall I think the accommodations would have been perfect for a solo traveler, but I was uncomfortable. The mattress felt like it was very worn and saggy and there were popped springs that poked my back. I woke up in pain each night. I was also not informed that there wouldn't be WiFi until I got there. There wasn't any warning about this when I made the reservation and I had planned to make work zoom calls. It's a lovely space and lovely idea, but it could use some improvements for the price. ”

“We had a great stay at The Shores; loved the grill and pool area and the neighborhood. Our unit was a studio, which we expected and were fine with. What we did not expect was the not so subtle reminders that guests renting studios were not the target audience of the management company. The welcome letter is not really welcoming… more a list of how to avoid pest infestations and in our case, to prepare for having no WiFi for two weeks.
