“I have stayed at this property multiple times. This was probably the worst experience I’ve had so far. There were dead bugs in the bathroom of our room. That’s not such a big deal. The first night, there was a family across the hall with children running around in and out of their room. The child screamed and yelled for almost four hours. “Struttura che non rappresenta assolutamente il nome della catena Best Western che dovrebbe rappresentare. Non ha nulla a che vedere. Noi quando viaggiamo scegliamo praticamente sempre i Best western ( solo in questo viaggio nella prima settimana siamo già a 4 e tutti fortunatamente ottimi) perché sono sinonimo di eccellenza. Questo invece era vecchio come struttura, totalmente insonorizzato, scadente come camere. Bagno e lavandino minuscoli. Prodotti per il bagno non adeguati per due persone...

“The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. The two nights I was there I was sick and there to get evaluated by MD Anderson, your lovely hostess at the front and her friend prayed for me and made me feel comfortable. The next day I happen to stop the cleaning lady to ask for a blanket because I was freezing. She came into the room could figure out why the thermostat would not go higher.
