“Booked with them because normally RedLion is a good hotel. Never had an issue when staying before. This hotel was nasty, smelt awful, pool goes from 3-4-6-7ft hot tub boarded up and out of commission. Regular room key does not work for pool entry you have to get a pool key and check out towels at the front. Breakfast was blueberry yogurt, old oranges. Reception on staff was kind enough to give a breakfast sandwich and a pastry. Room smelt awful, burn marks in the drawer, stains on the floor,...

“The room was clean, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. I had to listen to a couple screaming at each other for an hour and a half around 11 p.m., making it difficult to relax or sleep. The bed was cheap, outdated, and uncomfortable, and the room had a damp smell. Water pressure was barely a trickle, and the bathroom tiles were cracked. Overall, the room lacked comfort and basic upkeep, and I have little desire to return.”
