“So, if you would like to be greeted by a condescending staff member this is the spot. If you’d also like to be informed that there is a temporary hold (there are resorts I’ve stayed at with less hold than this), for a lesser rate a night room… this is the spot. In case you were hoping for a deadbolt, it will be ripped off the wall surrounded by claw marks. When you head into the bathroom; you will be promptly greeted by complimentary cockroaches in the tub 😊 The absolute WORST experience I have...

“There was trash left in our room, I went back down to the desk and ask the night worker was he sure our room was clean, he said where the beds made, to which I replied yes. Then he said we have new people working. So that’s probably why.
There was only one washcloth and only 2 towels in the bathroom. I had to go back down and ask for more towels and washcloths, also.
WE WILL NOT be staying there again!!”

“Parking lot needs work.
Rooms are clean and spacious.
There’s a big gap between bottom of the door and the floor, so you hear everything outside. This could use some work. We heard every time someone was in and out of their door in the same hallway.”

“Desk staff was great. On site restaurant is where the free breakfast comes in, very good and the waitress is fantastic.
Our room however left much to be desired. Old, broken items, loose toilet seat, wallpaper separating from the wall, holes in the carpet and a broken desk chair, but we persevered. We've seen worse.
We've stayed here many times but the place is starting to show it's age and is in need of renovations.”
