“Didn't like anything, the hotel was lacking in every area. The one reason I chose here was for the breakfast and that was below par. The room was not cleaned well, the bathroom was old, the AC vent was covered in dust, the TV was from 2006. This place needs to be severely renovated.”

“Good location to historic area and Busch Gardens. Room spacious and clean. The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but uncluded so no complaints. ”

“Great price great hotel great staff”

“Check in was quick! It was only a 1 night stay but my son snd i had a giod stay. Bed was comfortable. I liked the shower only complain was shampoo provided was empty but we made do! Breakfast was the normal fare but saved us having to eat out for all meals.”

“Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep, and the breakfast—hot, fresh, and had a decent variety. The hotel was clean and quiet, and everything worked as it should. Nothing overly fancy, but it got the job done. I’d definitely consider staying here again.”

“The front desk clerk, Andre was very accommodating of our needs. His personality was warm and friendly and he cordially greeted us coming and going from the hotel. He made our stay most enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate booking another stay in this hotel.”

“The rooms are very dirty with hairs everywhere and a lot of stains on the carpet. The breakfast is included in the price but... where is the breakfast? A coffee machine, some old donuts, cereals and nothing else is not breakfast. It should be better write: "breakfast is not included". Very bad experience, never again!! ”

“From the first day, to the last day my experience with this hotel was everything I thought it would be and that’s excellent from customer service, cleanliness of my room to the breakfast was perfect. The only fault I seen was the indoor pool had to much chlorine in the pool and I could not see the bottom it was too mercury. Beyond the pool everything else was superb and perfect. Would definitely come back to this location.”
