“The hotel is under construction and for the a major renovation they are doing great. The issue I have with this place is the staff is rude from the GM down to front desk except Trevor. He went above and beyond and showed exceptional hospitality skills.
They have a deposit policy that is borderline criminal. Upon check in the have a sign for $150 deposit. The room was $47 on Expedia. They ended up just charging $100. I extended my stay by paying for an additional day through Expedia the night...

“The staff was outstanding all very appreciative and attentive but the building and rooms however are old and tired looking, not maintained and definitely in need of repair.
The refrigerator made odd noises, the bathroom light/fan when it came on was clicking, the toilet did not flush all the way and my room was kind of smelly.
Not a bad location right by the highway easy enough access to the beach, north to Tampa and south to downtown St. Petersburg.
All in all it’s a perfect spot for me to...
