Hotel a Shell Key Preserve

“Loved our stay here!! Staff is extremely friendly, rooms and entire resort very clean, beautiful location right on the beach, and the cookies in the lobby were great! Would absolutely stay again!!”

“Historic hotel, renovated but air conditioning way too noisy and room (like ours) on the highway have permanent noise (windows do not have double glazing). Service is welcoming.”

“Book it! I loved it! The staff was friendly and helpful, and at the end of beach day; I looked forward to relaxing in my room. The best!”

“Very convenient and great value. Rooms are nicely decorated and plenty of space. The floor doesn’t not have carpeting but seemed to not have been mopped. We wore our sandals in unit. Room in total was clean. I would stay again.”

“Our room was very clean and modern. The front desk, bartender and each employee we encountered were polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We loved the bar area and took our drinks outside to sit in the patio area. We will definitely be back. The hotels’ location to Anna Maria beaches is very close!”

“Coach in room was gross, room was dirty and smelled like mildew. I would not recommend a stay here.”

“No as expected”

“Hotel con camere pulite parcheggio e piscina. Vicino all’aeroporto ma non rumoroso.Receptionist gentile e disponibile. Presente la piscina ”

“The clean room”

“The room I stayed in, No. 1, needs some help. No light over the sink outside of the bathroom making it very hard to shave, etc. The bathroom door badly needs to be repainted. No tissues. Easy enough to add a box. I guess because of the room’s location, there is always going to be a good bit of noise so am not sure what to do about that. Appreciated the very clean room. The staff was super. The TV is ginormous! Great location!! Thank you!”

“good place ”

“Awesome little locally owned hotel right on the main drag. The married couple there are VERY nice and were very accommodating. The hotel has just been completely renovated due to the hurricane in 2024. Very clean rooms, and very comfortable beds for an excellent price!! Highly recommend.”

“Not worth the money.”
