“Abbiamo trovato delle cimici da letto in camera,alle 2.30 del mattino abbiamo richiesto un cambio camera e nessuno ci e venuto ad aiutare coi bagagli ne con la bambina che dormiva nel letto,trasferito tutto da soli senza nemmeno un briciolo di scuse, al momento del check out l’ho segnalato e hanno detto che controllavano,my apologies e stop!terribilmente decaduto (ero stata 4 anni fa)!”

“La stanza pulita e nuova e ben accessoriata. unico dubbio e il wc e la doccia che sono chiuse da una piccola porta a vetri scorrevole. se non hai intimita diventa un problema perche non esiste privacy. hotel bellissimo. colazione completa e con super orari. ”

“Very clean, nice design and friendly staff. There is no longer a breakfast buffet. You get meal ticket and a free child (menu ticket) which doesn't have breakfast items to choose from only lunch. ??. Not sure why. End up not using it since we checkout that day. The private beach is one level lower then the hotel and pool area. You have to walk down some stairs.”
