“I used to book this hotel all the time and never once had a pest issue except every now and then I had a wasp in the room but never an abundance of ants…The lady at the front desk tried to blame it on me leaving food out and I let it go because I knew I didn’t and I was on the 3rd floor. What made it worse was that there were no ants at all near the window, they were specifically all on a night table and the desk even got to the point I had ants landing on me and I had random ants on the bed ”

“If i can add images I would. I’ve stayed before and it was not like this. Broken bed, vulgarity on the windows, dirty tub, nasty floors, ppl living in the hotel, laundry in the halls, ran out of blankets… I would never stay here again.”

“I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation.
I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room.
When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

“Location was convenient but that was about it. When we arrived we were told that our room was on the 7th floor but the elevator (very small) only went to the sixth floor and we would have to climb the stairs….not a big deal but it was a very steep set of stairs that led to the “William Penn Suite”. It was a very hot day and the AC not on. The suite was very strangely designed, one room had a window air conditioner the other had a room air conditioner balanced on the night stand, the bathroom...
