“The staff were incredible. They were so kind. Every time I was leaving or coming back the lady at the front desk was checking on me. I was visiting from out of town to see family and had a lot going on and she made sure my stay there was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Tyler, TX. ”

“I love how quick the check-in was, staff was very knowledgeable and professional. When we opened our room, it smelled clean, linen all were fresh and room is spacious. We enjoyed their clean swimming pool for hours! Breakfast was not the best, lack of option but for the price it is expected. Will definitely stay back in this hotel when we are coming back to the area in the future.”

“I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do! ”

“I loved that there was no carpet and the layout left more room near the beds. The staff were great. The only thing was the hallways were very stuffy. There were dehumidifier’s in the room which was great. ”
