“quest a fridge, but their phones didn't work. I dialed the listed number, which connected me to an AI, and when I asked to be transferred to the front desk, it hung up. Each time we needed something that was included in our room we were forced to walk down to the lobby and request it. We had to do the walk at least 4 times when all we wanted was to relax on our trip. On top of this, when you went to the bathroom the door did not close. It was literally made incorrectly so the latch and handle...

“L’hotel presenta dei servizi non all’altezza del marchio Hilton,poca professionalità alla reception e colazione molto scarsa.In tutto l’hotel era evidente in taglio del personale,con una solo persona alla reception e due al servizio colazione.Mi era stata data una camera per disabili senza che mi fossi avvertito del cambiamento e solo dopo aver contattato il mio broker della prenotazione mi è stata cambiata la camera.”

“The 3 nights I was there not I or any other guests in the hotel had hot water for showering. Charged full price as I and other guests were not discounted on the price for this very important amenity. Terrible way to run a hotel if you are expecting return business.”
