“I was really impressed with this Marriott. The lobby and entry areas were beautifully decorated for the holidays. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and sofa. i had a nice view from my room. All the staff were friendly and helpful. i was able to get a late checkout without charge. My only negative would be having to pay for parking and there really was no alternative as there was not street parking that I could see. I did not use the pool, but it was large and looked very nice. ”

“I loved this place! Some colleagues were staying at boring, soulless places, like the Ritz, but I chose this because it looked really authentic and homely. It was my first time in Florida and I was really happy sipping my beer, listening to the country music from the next door bar and feeling like I was on holiday, even though I was there for work!
Breakfast was good - always some proteins, yoghurt, fruit and sweet stuff on offer. The bed and pillows were also super comfortable. The local area...

“The room was AMAZING - beautiful, clean, lay out was perfect. Staff was kind and accommodating. The shuttle service was fabulous and the breakfast in the morning offered an excellent variety of options. We will definately stay here again when in Fernindina.”
