“Stanza gelida ho chiesto alla reception ma il riscaldamento non funzionava, ho chiesto più volte una stufetta ma soltanto la seconda sera mi e’ stata consegnata dopo ulteriori solleciti. La stanza non è stata pulita. Non vale il prezzo”

“This is not the Hotel Max I used to stay. Room was not ready until 6pm. I do not care about the size of the room even if this time, it was the smallest available. What disturbed me the most is the fact room was ever made up through out the stay even if it was told at reception. Not acceptable for a hotel with such prices”

“Nice rooms , comfortable bed , clean bathrooms, bathrobes, complimentary coffee and tea, good breakfast. Close to the Pike Public Market, Shopping area on Pine, transportation, walkability, near the water. The staff is excellent. Polar restaurant opens until 11 pm , very good place ”
