“We had a few issues when we got to our room. The staff was TOP NOTCH on fixing everything we brought up in very short order. We were extremely impressed with ALL the staff.
Refrigerator not cooling. They brought a new fridge in 5 minutes.
Sound didn't work on TV. They fixed in one minute.
I lost my glasses in the hallway... They had been turned in at the front desk.
We needed a late check-out. No problem.”

“Great location. Large lobby with comfortable seating, library-like feel. Breakfast buffet for $15.99 included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal. Fresh coffee in lobby. Our room with 2 queen beds was spacious. Beds were plush. Bathroom was not cramped. Although we didn’t have time to use the facilities this trip, the pool and workout room looked great! Would definitely stay here again!”

“I didn't realize there wasn't a coffee maker or microwave in the room. I'd definitely prefer some way in-room for heating water for tea or coffee. Otherwise, we loved the modern, compact space for the two of us and thought the hotel was beautiful. It's also very convenient to all the downtown establishments, most withing walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. I'm sure we'll book a room here again sometime.”
